FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based out of Ontario California. I will absolutely travel but do require a travel fee for any location 15 miles outside of Ontario.
When and how will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks but typically, I deliver your gallery within 3-4 days. You can download all the photos but also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints all from your gallery!
Do you retouch photos? How much retouching do you do?
Yes, through Lightroom and occasionally through Photoshop. I like to keep you looking like your beautiful self so I try not to over do it.
What should we wear?
It all depends upon the season and the color theme you have envisioned. General rule of thumb is to not wear anything with a large logo or clashing colors. Neutral colors are always a safe bet. When coordinating a whole family, you want to flow with each other but not necessarily match.
What are the payment options?
I require a 50 % non refundable retainer to book your date/time. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. All retainers and remaining balances are payable through Venmo or Zelle.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Absolutely not. Once the final images are delivered, they are yours to print anywhere you wish. But you do have the option to order prints straight from your gallery from professional printing labs, which I HIGHLY recommend due to their superior print quality.
Are retainers refundable?
Non refundable retainers are non refundable. There are special circumstances however, that will warrant a refund on the retainer. That decision is solely up to me, the photographer, but I promise you, I will do my best to make it work for both of us.
